• How long does it take for my order to arrive?

  We need 3 - 5 business days to process your order and send it out (not including weekend and holidays)
  Your order will arrive approximately 5-7 business days after it's shipped. We use different shipping partners, but the final delivery is usually via USPS.
  For international orders please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. The final delivery is usually via your local postal service.

• Shipping time :
  United shipping time: 7-15 Business days
  International Shipping time: 5-20 Business days

• Tip: Buying 2 products or more at the same time will save you quite a lot on shipping fees.

• We understand how important it is to receive your order promptly. That's why we offer fast and reliable shipping options to our customers.

• All orders are processed within 7 business days. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track your package.

• We offer standard shipping and expedited shipping options, depending on your needs. Standard shipping usually takes 7 business days to arrive, while expedited shipping usually takes 4 business days to arrive.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier. If you have any concerns about the delivery of your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if Yootrendy made a mistake or if the product is defective. Eligible return cases include:

• The item you received is damaged

• The item has visible manufacturing or printing defects

• You received the wrong item, such as an incorrect size, color, design, or style compared to your order

Important Notice – No-Fault Returns

We do not accept returns or issue refunds if Yootrendy did not make an error.

This means returns are not accepted for the following reasons:

• You selected the wrong size, color, or style

• You changed your mind after placing the order

• You do not like the item for personal reasons

• Minor color differences caused by screen or lighting settings

Returns and refunds are only approved when the issue is caused by a defect or a mistake on our side.

Return Request Process

If your order meets the eligibility requirements, please follow these steps:

1. Submit a Return Request

   • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

   • Requests made after 14 days will not be accepted.

   • Email us at contact@yootrendy.com with your order details and issue description.

2. Return Shipping

   • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

   • We recommend using a shipping method with tracking.

3. Return Address

   • The return address will be provided after your return request is approved.

4. Packaging Requirements

   • Items must be securely packaged.

   • Please include your order ID inside the return package.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only for approved returns that meet the conditions above.

• Refunds may be full or partial, depending on the nature of the issue.

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the purchase:

  • PayPal: Usually processed immediately after approval

  • Credit/Debit Card: Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account

Additional Notes

• Items returned without prior approval will not be refunded.

• Yothreads reserves the right to deny any return or refund that does not comply with this policy.
